Use chipotle chiles in adobo sauce as a glaze or marinade over meats such as chicken or pork, vegetables or serve as a side.
Mix a little of the chipotle peppers with cream cheese to have a spicy fully flavoured dip for crisps or veggies or mix it with mayo for a delicious sauce for seafood and fish.
