Las Catrinas Chiles Mulatos Whole 100g.
A mulato chile flavour is a little similar to that of the Ancho. Large in size, they are the same size as the dried version of the Poblano varieties of chiles. It has tastes of liquorice, cherry, raisins and tobacco. It is used in Mexican mole sauce and to make chile sauce.
Scoville Scale - 1.500 units - Mild to medium heat.
