Clamato Cubano is a bold, flavour-packed drink made with tomato, clam broth, lime and spices inspired by Cuban and Mexican flavours. Bright, slightly spicy and rich in umami, it’s perfect served chilled, used in Micheladas or Bloody Caesars, or added to cooking such as ceviche, marinades and gazpacho.

Serve chilled or use as a base for cocktails. Great in ceviche, marinades or cold tomato soups.

Ingredients:

Water, tomato concentrate, sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, dehydrated clam broth, citric acid, onion powder, garlic powder, celery extract, ascorbic acid, spices.
