Spice up your table with our Tamales de Cerdo con Salsa Verde—3 tender pork tamales in tangy tomatillo-chile verde sauce, wrapped in banana leaves and oven-baked. Made with nixtamal corn masa, gluten-free, 7-month shelf life—steam and indulge!
Ingredients: Corn masa (corn, corn flour, antioxidants [E330, E300]), acidity regulator (E526) and thickeners (E466, E412, E415), chicken broth (25%) [water, pork lard (antioxidant BHA (E320))], sunflower oil, baking powder (leavening agents [E450i, E500ii], rice flour), pork meat (17%), green sauce (7%) [tomatillo, jalapeño pepper, coriander, chile de árbol, acidity regulator (E334) and garlic].

Heating Instructions:
Microwave: Remove the cardboard sleeve and pierce the plastic 3 or 4 times with a fork. Heat at full power for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the plastic and the banana leaf (it is not edible). CAUTION: Be careful when removing the plastic and the tray — they may be very hot. Now they’re ready to enjoy!
If you're heating just one tamal, place it on a plate with the banana leaf intact and heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes. You can also steam them or warm them in a pan until the banana leaf is very hot.
**Note: Wrapped in siliconized paper and banana leaf — not edible.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
