Return and Exchange Policy

If you have a problem with any of the products you purchased from our website please contact us within 3 working days after receiving your order at and our customer service team we will be able to assist you.​

Due to the nature of our products, items that expire sooner than 1-month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your purchase. You must let us know 3 days after receiving your package at

If when you receive your order you notice visible damage to the package, please notify the courier on the spot and forward photographic evidence to of the damaged package and broken/damaged items so we can use that as evidence when reporting the issue to the courier company.

Depending on each case our Customer Care team will review your case and contact you with a resolution within 5 working days from receiving your message, they may offer you a partial refund, full refund or replacement based on the information you provided us, you can also opt for store credit to be applied to your next order.
