Traditional Recipe – Chicken Quesadillas with Creamy Chipotle Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 Flour Tortillas (or Corn Tortillas)
- 250 g cooked, shredded chicken
- 200 g grated cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella or a cheese blend)
- 3 tablespoons Herdez Creamy Chipotle Sauce
- Fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
Method
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the pan and spread half of the grated cheese evenly over the surface.
