1 ripe avocado, diced
8 corn tostadas

1️⃣ Prepare the spicy sauce
Place all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest for another 5 minutes.
Blend until smooth.
If desired, strain the sauce to remove solids.
Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the crab mixture
In a medium bowl combine:
- mayonnaise
- Clamato®
- lime juice
- salt
In a larger bowl combine:
- crab meat
- tomatoes
- jalapeño
- red onion
- cilantro
Add the diced avocado and gently mix.
Stir in the mayonnaise mixture until everything is well coated.
3️⃣ Assemble the tostadas
Place a generous portion of the crab mixture on each corn tostada.
Garnish with:
- jalapeños
- cilantro
- a little of the spicy sauce
Serve immediately to keep the tostadas crispy.
