Chicken Fajitas


- 800g chicken breast
- lemon juice to taste
- salt to taste
- Chile Guajillo Seasoning to taste

- 2 red peppers
- 2 yellow peppers
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions

- Jalapeño Pepper Stripes to taste
- 12 Corn Tortillas


- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into strips and season with lemon juice, salt and chile guajillo seasoning to taste. Let marinate for 1/2 hour. - Fry the chicken stripes and reserve.

- Cut the peppers and onions into strips, fry the peppers until they change color, add the onions, and cook for a few minutes, add the chicken and jalapeño pepper slices to taste and cook for 5 more minutes.

Heat the tortillas, fill them with some of the fajitas and add your favorite Mexican salsa.
