Chocolate Mayordomo a table chocolate produced in Oaxaca, Mexico and it is used to make hot cocoa in traditional Mexican style. 

Unlike many other commercial chocolates, Mayordomo only includes four ingredients: sugar, roasted cacao beans, cinnamon and soya lecithin. 

Chocolate Mayordomo is prepared on the stove by dissolving the squares in hot milk or water, then whisking the cocoa with a molinillo (for sale at byLuPereira.com) or use a wire whisk.
