The resulting thick sauce has a nutty taste, creating a flavorful and aromatic complement to a wide range of dishes.
Serving Tip - Pipián Dona Maria
Pipián enhances seafood and beef dishes beautifully. You can also use it as a marinade. Heat gently on low for 5 minutes, gradually add 4.5 cups of chicken stock, stir until smooth, and simmer until reaching the desired consistency.
